To ensure you understand our 30 Day Return and Refund Policy, please read the policy carefully before or after placing an order with us, or before considering a return. Once you place an order with Wjgreenenergy.com, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this policy.
At Wjgreenenergy.com, we are committed to providing 24/7 customer satisfaction through online and telephone customer service and an efficient return process! Calls and emails regarding returns are handled the same day or up to 2 days. We strive to ensure that your complaints and questions receive the most helpful and timely responses. However, in the rare event that a return is necessary, we have some general guidelines and information.
Return Policy
Products ordered and/or assembled for a customer may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Before returning an item, you will need to call our representative at +0086-10-53687308 to obtain a Return RMA number. Fill out the Return Material Authorization Form, receive the RMA number, and be informed of the return location, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to that address. Once an RMA number is issued, it is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and the merchandise must be received within this period. Please indicate this number prominently on the outside of the packaging when returning merchandise. The customer is responsible for returning any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers that can provide proof or delivery and insure the goods for the value of the goods.
You will be refunded or credited to your account as long as the merchandise is returned in its original packaging, in new and resalable condition, with the original blank warranty card, manuals and all accessories. Wjgreenenergy requires at least 24 hours to inspect the returned merchandise before a refund or credit can be issued. If any components of the returned product are missing, the return procedure is violated and Wjgreenenergy may refuse the return or choose to charge an additional fee to replace the missing components.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customized merchandise (including but not limited to 4Star Power Centers and Custom Solar Panel Mounting Systems) are not returnable. Customized merchandise, special order items and circuit breakers are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Some of the items/products we sell are non-returnable, non-cancellable products and cannot be returned once shipped. If you purchase an item/product, the sales representative will notify you before you place the order and ask for your authorization.

Custom orders are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
High value orders ($1,500+) may have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund, depending on the condition of the returned items and packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of renting a lift, bucket truck, purchasing replacement solar panels from another brand, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the installation or removal of our solar products before, during, or after the return process.
